High School seniors (from the graduating class of 2026) may download a copy of The Philip E. Potter Foundation Scholarship application.
Applications for the 2026-2027 academic year must be submitted by May 16, 2026
Those who are awarded scholarships will be provided with all requirements for maintaining their eligibility.
New scholarship recipients must be graduates of the current school year. First-time applications will not be accepted from Oneonta area high school graduates who are currently enrolled in college/university.

All applicants will be required to interview with The Philip E. Potter Foundation Board of Directors after completing and submitting their application. Submission of an application does not guarantee that an applicant will receive a scholarship. It is at the Board of Director’s discretion whether scholarship funds will be awarded. Any applicant who does not meet the eligibility requirements will not be considered.
